What we do
We implement and manage an internal communication system which is visually exciting and easily accessible through a complete system that covers content, process, feedback and analysis. In the context of the client’s strategic business objectives we implement a methodology for gathering the information to be communicated to employees from all departments, management and staff.
Content
Our unique system runs alongside the operational structure to handle internal corporate communication – all the information that employees need to know in addition to their normal day-to-day operations – such as vision, mission, values, safety, health, environment, quality, as well as news from group, customers, suppliers, marketing, human resources, R&D, other employees and so on. This includes recognition for achievements inside and outside work – “we catch people and teams doing things right and praise them”.
Process
Throughout each month, with a range of visually exciting communication channels managed by Full Circle – flashboards, notices, newsboards, picture-stories, magazines, and competitions – information is disseminated to the whole company. Our process structure includes a high-level communication committee and communication facilitators who are selected from the workforce for their natural communication abilities. They are trained by Full Circle in our model and general communication skills and they encourage all employees to engage with the communication process and keep channels interesting.
Feedback
Acting as connectors between nodes and clusters in the workforce, communication facilitators enable valuable feedback from employees. As well as revealing critical information for management, the feedback process encourages employee participation in communication which engenders buy-in and employee engagement.
Analysis
All feedback, in the form of mini-surveys (quantitative), feedback forms and comment forms (qualitative) is statistically analysed to monitor and measure the effectiveness of the communication. We use a tested measurement methodology to produce credible results and develop a culture of two-way communication.
