The following shows the system we use on site which allows us effective two way communication between management and employees.
Information is gathered through our Facilitator and Communication Strategy meetings.
The following vehicles are used to communicate on site:
Flash boards are triggers for the main News Boards. They attract people to to to the News Boards for further information are strategically placed around the site.
News Boards are placed at key locations around the site. All News Boards contain the same information so that everyone on site receives the same message ensuring consistent communication:

Picture Stories and Visual Memos are dialogue strips, used to communicate more in-depth issues such as policies and procedures.
The In-house Newsletter is a platform for employees to voice their opinions and show their achievements. It is also an effective management communication tool.
Dip Stick Surveys are mini surveys consisting of 3 - 4 questions. They are used to gauge employees understanding of certain topics. The results are then immediately presented back to the client
Communication Facilitators are employees who act like newspaper reporters as they are passionate about communication, are natural communicators and are the first to know the latest ground breaking news. They are carefully selected and provide a vital link between management and employees. Information is gathered by the facilitators, through their networks in the workplace. The information is then passed to Full Circle Communications. We then design the Notices for the News Boards and the Picture Stories to disseminate the information.
The Communication Facilitators:
Employees use Feedback Forms to comment on communication and other issues. They are also used by facilitators to gather feedback on specific matters of interest. The form is filled out by employees, returned via the facilitator to the Communication Committee, and then returned as an acknowledgement to the employee - thus there is a full communication loop.
Finally, the results of our communication programme are analysed and fed back to management and employees through the communication system.
